Human beings are more than 95% unconscious.

It is actually quite simple to decode the unconscious once we illuminate the bigger picture of needs. This is where the Theory of Needs becomes invaluable:

Every human being on this planet has the same needs.

From the moment we are born, we begin storing unconscious information about our needs in the form of sensory experiences, feelings, and thoughts. As adults, we keep running these patterns on autopilot, day after day. It’s like living in a loop — our very own “Groundhog Day” with our needs.

We construct our reality through our thoughts and feelings. For example: if, in childhood, we observe a parent linking the thought “My job gives me security” with the need for security, that association is stored in our unconscious. If that parent then loses their job, fear gets triggered — and that, too, becomes stored.

As a result, we may later experience a similar “destiny” when it comes to meeting that same need. Why? Because we are constantly creating our reality through learned thoughts and feelings. The past turns into a self-fulfilling prophecy for the future, since our brain (and entire human system) generates external congruence: as within, so without.

Most likely, we would not naturally associate “work” with freedom — for instance, with the thought “Work is my ultimate freedom to live life my way” — unless we had role models who embody this different perspective and integrate it into our system.

This is exactly where the Masterschool of Happiness (MOH) comes in.

At MOH, we teach you how to activate your needs consciously instead of running them unconsciously on autopilot. Through radical need-experience, self-healing, and conscious practice, you gain clarity, empowerment, and freedom over your inner patterns.

You learn to transform conditioning into liberation, suffering into healing, and unconscious repetition into conscious creation. By activating your needs, you step into the natural dimensions of human existence: happiness, healing, and success.

Theory of needs

We experience two different reality matrices.

The Matrix of Lack is the matrix of suffering.
In this reality, we feel completely dependent on what we experience, on what we feel, and on what we think. Thoughts, feelings, and experiences keep repeating themselves endlessly — without us even noticing — because we never learn about the Matrix of Needs-Activating.

The Matrix of Needs-Activating, on the other hand, is the matrix of infinite happiness.
Here, our needs are free from past experiences, thoughts, and feelings.

The true art of life is to feel at home in both matrices.

3 Levels of Needs

What’s even more fascinating about needs is that they can be experienced on three different levels: the micro level, the meso level, and the macro level.

Needs-Activating on Three Levels

On the micro level, needs are first and foremost experienced through ourselves — through our own thoughts, feelings, and body. Activating needs on the micro level is the foundation of awareness: the realization that we can feel and activate our own needs from within.

On the macro level, needs connect the individual human being with the Earth, the universe, and humanity as a whole. This is a vital prerequisite for happiness, because needs are directed both inward and outward. They “resonate” both in the smallest microcosm (for example, within a human cell) and in the macrocosm (for example, humanity itself).

Take the need for security as an example. On the meso level, people often attempt to secure it through work. Yet, by its nature, work is something unstable and shifting. This means that the need for security is constantly exposed to fear — and rarely feels truly safe. However, when we activate the need for security on the micro level (for example: “I feel secure when I know my own feelings”), we automatically gain access to an inner, stable source of security that is independent of outer circumstances. Similarly, on the macro level, once the thought “As part of humanity, I feel safe” is anchored, our perception of the world — and thus the reality we create — fundamentally shifts. We come into alignment with humanity itself.

Currently, the meso level of needs-activating represents the largest unconscious focus in society — but it is in a very chaotic and disoriented state. Often, the needs-structure of the meso level conflicts with the micro and macro levels, causing suffering both in individuals and collectively, worldwide.

Personal conflicts arise because we are not aware of the subjectivity and limitations of our own needs-structure — and can never fully step outside of it.
Global problems arise because we are not connected on the macro level. The more humans align with the macro level, the more quickly global problems dissolve externally. It is profoundly effective to allow solutions to be felt and activated unconsciously — with happiness.

A new unfolding of needs-activating is essential in order to access the full potential of happiness.
